Nicole Shir, a registered Cosmetic Nurse Practitioner since 2014, graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing from La Trobe University in 2000 and a Master of Nursing (Nurse Practitioner) from Flinders University in 2014. Nicole worked extensively throughout Melbourne hospitals before taking a position at a cosmetic plastic surgery clinic on Chapel Street, Melbourne, in 2007. Her primary role was as a scrub theatre nurse for cosmetic surgeries and procedures, which evolved into full-time work in cosmetic aesthetics.

Nicole has worked in numerous clinics along the east coast of Australia under the Anti-Aging guidance, providing a wide range of cosmetic treatments.

Nicole’s role in the cosmetic industry is driven by her passion for helping patients become the best versions of themselves.
